Celebrate Women's Month In Silent Sky


#ComeHomeToRep from March 2 to 25 at the Onstage Theater in Greenbelt 1, Makati City as Repertory Philippines reveals a figure out of the shadows of history and brings her story to the spotlight in the science bio-drama, Silent Sky. Lauren Gunderson known for science, history and comedies based on Shakespeare, is an American playwright who wrote "Silent Sky." The play focuses on historical figure and astronomer Henrietta Swan Leavitt and her women's pool who made an astonishing discoveries towards the dawn of modern astronomy. 

Directed by Joy Virata and headlined by Cathy Azanza-Dy in the role of Henrietta Leavitt who will be joined by Caisa Borromeo, Naths Everette Shiela Francisco and Topper Fabregas. Silent Sky is a story that harmonizes science, history, family, love, and the passion of a young woman who forged her own path through a society bent on keeping a woman in her place.
